CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT/TRANSMISSION
Apply grease to the countershaft oil seal lips.
Instal l the countershaft oil seal flush with the case
as shown.
RIGHT CRANKCASE ,
Remove the mainshaft and countershatt bearings.
Remove the shift drum bearing set plate bolts and
set plates.
Remove the shift drum bearing.
Drive in
rile
new
Drive in new bearings into the right crankcase.
OBsrfngs squarely.

Pilot, 25 mm
Mainshaft bearing :
Driver
Attachment, 42 x .. 7 mm
Pilot, 20 mm
Countershaft bearing:
Driver

Pilot, 17 mm
