CLUTCH/KICKSTARTER/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Remove the five clutch spring bolts in a crisscross
pattern in two or three steps.
Remove the clutch springs.
Remove the clutch pressure plate.
Remove the clu t ch lifter and lifter rod.
Remove the eig ht cl utch friction discs and seven
cl ut ch plates.
Bend the tabs of the lock washer away from the lock
nut.
Hold the clutch center with the clutch center holder.
Remove the lock nut, lock washer and t hrust washer.

Remove the tool and clutch center.
