Shock Absorber Installation - Honda CR 125R 2002 Sevice Manual

Install a new stop ri ng into the groove of the upper
mount securely.
Press the spherical bearing into the upper mount
until it seats ag ai nst the stop r ing.

to Apply grease to the lip of the new dust seals and

INSTALLATION
Set the shock absorber onto the shock arm with the
rebound adjust er faci ng to the right.
Install the lower mounting bolt by aligning the cut-
Qut of the bolt with the stopper on the shock
absorber.
Install and tighten the lower mounting nut.
TORQUE: 44 N-m (4.5 kgf-m, 33 IbMt)
Install and tighten the shock absorber upper mounting
