Install the throttle housing by aligning the punch
mark of the housing with the punch ma r k on the
handlebar.
Tighten the upper bolt first , then the lower boll .
TORQUE: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf.m, 6.5 Ibfoft)
Install the th rottle cable roller and collar.
Inst all the throttle housing cover and light en the
screws to the specified torque,
TORQUE: 2 N·m (0.2 kgf·m, 1.4Ibf.ft)
Place the dust cover over the throttle housing.
Align the · L:::.. mark on the dust cover with the
punch mark on the handlebar.
Tight en the throttle housing upper bolt fi rst, then
the lower bolt.
TORQUE : 9 N·m (0.9 kgf·m. 6.5 Ibfoft l
Adjust the throttle grip free play (page 3-5)
Position the brake master cylinder on the handlebar.
Install the master cyli nder holder with the 'UP' mark
up and align the end of the holder with the punch
mark on the handlebar.
Tighten the upper master cyl inder holde r bolt first.
then tighten the lower bolt.
TORQUE : 10 N· m 11.0 kgf.m. 71bfoftl
