Swingarm Installation - Honda CR 125R 2002 Sevice Manual

Clean and apply a locking agent to the rearside screw
threads.
Install and tighten the screws to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 4 N·m (0.4 kgf·m, 3.0 Ibfoftl
Install the chain guide.
Install and tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified
torque .
TORQUE: 12 N-m (1 .2 kgfem, 91bMt)
INSlALLA lION
Apply thin coat of grease to the swingarm pivot bolt
sliding surface.
InSlalithe swingarm onto the frame.
Install theswingarm pivot bottto the frame and swing-
arm pivot.
Install and tighten the swingarm pivot nut to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 88 N-m (9.0 kgf-m, 65 IbHtJ
