Replacement

CAUTION:
Possible ESD damage: Follow the ESD precautions outlined in

1. Remove the MPC/MPCL card assembly from the anti-static bag.
2. Using a 3/16-in. hex driver, attach the J19D jack to the library frame. Refer to the previous
illustration.
3. Using a 1/4-in. hex driver, attach the four standoffs.
Note: Do not overtighten the standoffs or screws.
4. Using a Torx T-10 driver, attach the 13 MPC/MPCL card screws.
CAUTION:
Network Outage: For replacement of MPC/MPCL cards that have dWWN enabled, see
"Implications for an MPC/MPCL Replacement" on page
5. Connect the P/J36, P/J24, P/J53, P/J550 (MPK connector, if present), P/J570, P/J571,
P/J551, and P/J43 cables to the MPC/MPCL card, making sure they are in the correct position.
6. Use six Torx T-15 screws on the front and two on the side to attach the cover.
