Library-to-Drives

The connection between the library MPC/MPCL card and drives is a four-pin,
RS422 interface. The connector for the tape drives is contained within the
quick-disconnect connector for the drive tray. The cable for these lines runs
from the drive connector to the MPC/MPCL card at P/J24 (for drive column 0)
or J241 (for optional drive column 1). If a second drive column exists,
communication signals are multiplexed through the MPM card.
