the library offline without posting a warning message.

Library-to-Test (PTP)

Prior to 3.00 firmware, this port was designated "for engineering use only."
For 3.00 or higher firmware, when connected by a PTP, both libraries use this
port to interface with the MPB card in the PTP frame. Two serial cables
originate from the MPB card to J282 (TEST port) on both libraries' MPC/MPCL
card. These interfaces are required to maintain the control of cartridges being
transported between the libraries.
For libraries without a PTP, this port is for engineering use only.

Library-to-SER1 Port

The function of the SER1 port has also changed with various editions of
firmware. See
interface is through an RJ45 connection, with a baud rate of 38,400.
2.00 through 2.xx firmware editions only: Command Line Interface (CLI)
port
3.00 and higher firmware: Engineering use only

Library-to-SER2 Port

This port is not used.
Wall Elements
The wall element illustrations depict the SCSI element designations for all cell
locations. The designations are noted at the top of the columns in hexadecimal
(denoted by the "h" at the end of the number) and decimal.
Drive types and locations will vary with your library options. Each drive column
displaces 60 element (cell) locations.
