Used to configure per-port transmit and receive modes.
config lldp ports [<portlist>|all] admin_status [tx_only | rx_only |
tx_and_rx | disable]
These options enable the Switch to control which ports participate in
LLDP traffic and whether the participating ports allow LLDP traffic in only
one direction or in both directions.
portlist - Specified a range of ports to be configured. (UnitID:port
number).
all - To set all ports in the system, you may use the "all" parameter.
admin_status –
tx_only: Configure the specified port(s) to transmit LLDP packets,
but block inbound LLDP packets from neighbor devices.
rx_only: Configure the specified port(s) to receive LLDP packets
from neighbors, but block outbound packets to neighbors.
tx_and_rx: Configure the specified port(s) to both transmit and
receive LLDP packets.
disable: Disable LLDP packet transmit and receive on the specified
port(s).
The default per port state is tx_and_rx.
Only Administrator or Operator – level users can issue this command.
