Replacing toner cartridges and staples and emptying punch scrap box

When the message appears, replace the toner cartridge according to

your maintenance agreement. In addition, do not replace the toner car-

tridge for any color not indicated in the message.

When the toner is empty, a message similar to the one shown below ap-

pears, warning that the toner cartridge should be replaced.

After the message appears, the machine stops operating. Replace the

toner cartridge.

If toner other than black is empty, printing can continue in black.

Touch [Continue Operation], and then select the job to be printed.

cartridge" on page 8-6.
