Maintenance Service

The following maintenance service plans are available with this machine.

- Copy charge plan

The imaging unit is leased and maintenance service is provided in order

to maintain the stability of the machine. A specialized service represent-

ative is dispatched to perform inspections and maintenance and to re-

place parts.

With this plan, a copy charge is applied.

- Fee-based plan

With this plan, a fee is charged each time the customer requests mainte-

nance service or a supply of imaging units, toner, parts and other related

In addition, the minimum period of availability for performance parts re-

quired for repairs (parts required to maintain the efficiency of the ma-

chine) is 7 years after production of the copier ends.
