If the SA message is from a static RPF peer as from RTD to RTE, it is received and
forwarded to other peers.

If the SA message is from an MSDP peer in Mesh Group as from RTB to RTD, it is
received and forwarded to the peers outside the Mesh Group.
5)
If the SA message is sent from an MSDP peer in a same domain, and the peer is
the next hop along the optimal path to the RP in the domain of source, as in the
case when the message is from RTE to ETF, it is received and forwarded to other
peers.
6)
If the SA message is sent from an MSDP peer in a different domain which is the
next autonomous domain along the optimal path to the RP in the domain of source,
as from RTD to RTF, it is received and forwarded to other peers
7)
For other SA messages, they are neither received nor forwarded.

Note:
The router operating with MSDP must also run BGP or MBGP. It is recommended to
use the same IP address of the MSDP peer with that of the BGP peer or MBGP peer. If
neither BGP nor MBGP is in operation, a static RPF peer should be configured.
