The change to IP maximum-paths takes effect after resetting the device.
Example
The following example defines the maximum number of parallel routes to 2.
Console (config)# ip maximum-paths 2

show ip route

The show ip route user EXEC command displays the routing table current state.
Syntax
show ip route [protocol]
show ip route address address [mask | prefix-length] [longer-prefixes]
protocol—A routing protocol, or the keyword connected, static. If specifying a routing
protocol, use one of the following keywords: ospf, rip.
address—Address about which routing information should be displayed.
mask—The IP address network mask.
prefix-length—The number of bits that comprise the IP address prefix. The prefix length
must be preceded by a forward slash (/). (Range: 0 - 32)
longer-prefixes—The address and mask pair becomes a prefix and any routes that match
that prefix are displayed.
