ip http port

The ip http port global configuration command specifies the TCP port for use by a web browser to
configure the device. To use the default TCP port, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
ip http port port-number
no ip http port
• port-number—Port number for use by the HTTP server. (Range: 0 - 65535)
Default Configuration
This default port number is 80.

User Guidelines
There are no user guidelines for this command. However, specifying 0 as the port number will
effectively disable HTTP access to the device.
Example
The following example shows how the http port number is configured to 100.
Console (config)# ip http port 100

ip http server

The ip http server global configuration command enables the device to be configured from a
browser. To disable this function use the no form of this command.

ip http server
no ip http server
