Customizing a Displayed Text String (Display Customization)

Using KPG-111D/ DN, this function can be used to change a string of text which appears on the LCD of the transceiver,
such as Function Mode and Key Guide.
The string of text which can be displayed on the LCD of the transceiver can be changed to languages other than English,
such as Spanish or French, or to the function names used in other models.
Note
This function is unavailable for NX-200S/ NX-300S.

Displaying a Bitmap Image When the Transceiver is Turned
ON (Custom Start-up Screen)
Custom Start-up Screen can be used to display a bitmap image when the transceiver is turned ON. The image of a
company name, logo, or simple message can be converted into bitmap image data and it can be displayed for 2 sec when
the transceiver is turned ON. (Refer to
For NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411, a maximum bitmap image size of 120 horizontal dots and 48 vertical dots
can be used for the bitmapped image.
For Mobile, a maximum bitmap image size of 132 horizontal dots and 24 vertical dots can be used for the bitmapped
image.
Note
This function is unavailable for NX-200S/ NX-300S.
