Virtual Tone and Conference Circuits must be defined for use by each
MG 1000E. Use LD 17 to add MGTDS and MG Conference loops. The
Virtual Tone and Conference Circuits in the same MG 1000E must occupy
contiguous double loops. For easy management, Nortel recommends to start
the MGTDS and MG Conference loops from a loop number high enough (for
example, 60) to leave enough superloop number for all MG 1000E
superloops.
