Note
The motor may start without warning. If the specified number of AUTOMATIC RESETs is reached within 10
minutes, the frequency converter enters Manual reset [0] mode. After the Manual reset is performed, the setting
of par.14-20
Reset Mode
reverts to the original selection. If the number of automatic resets is not reached within
10 minutes, or when a Manual reset is performed, the internal AUTOMATIC RESET counter returns to zero.
Note
Automatic reset will also be active for resetting safe stop function.

Reset Mode

Function:
Operation under severe main imbalance conditions reduces the lifetime
of the motor. Conditions are considered severe if the motor is operated
continuously near nominal load (e.g. a pump or fan running near full
speed).
When a severe mains imbalance is detected:
Trip
Select
[0] to trip the frequency converter.
Warning
Select
[1] to issue a warning.
Disabled
Select
[2] for no action.
Derate
Select
[3] for derating the frequency converter.
Function:
Select the reset function after tripping. Once reset, the frequency con-
verter can be restarted.
Manual reset
Select
[0], to perform a reset via [RESET] or via the digital
inputs.
Automatic reset x 1...x20
Select
ty automatic resets after tripping.
Infinite Automatic Reset
Select
is disregarded in case of Fire Mode being active (see par. 24-0*, Fire Mode).
[1]-[12] to perform between one and twen-
[13] for continuous resetting after tripping.
