Baud rate selection depends on Protocol selection in par.8-30 Protocol.

Parity and Stop Bits for the protocol par.8-30
For some of the protocols, not all options will be visible. Default depends
on the protocol selected.
Function:
Specify the minimum delay time between receiving a request and trans-
mitting a response. This is used for overcoming modem turnaround
delays.
Function:
Specify the maximum permissible delay time between transmitting a re-
quest and receiving a response. Exceeding this delay time will cause
control word time-out.
Function:
Specify the maximum permissible time interval between receipt of two
bytes. This parameter activates time-out if transmission is interrupted.
