Repairing the Sampler

Removing the leak sensor
1 In the user interface start the maintenance mode and select the "Change
2 Switch off the sampler at the main power switch. Remove the power cable.
3 Remove the top cover, top plate, and foam (see
4 Remove the plate tray from the tray base.
5 Remove the transport assembly, (see
6 Remove the sampling unit, (see
7 Disconnect the leak sensor from the SUD board (labelled "leak sensor").
8 Remove the sensor.
Installing the leak sensor
1 Feed the cable of the new sensor through the base of the sampling unit to
2 Connect the connector to the connector (labelled "leak sensor").

6 Replace the plate tray in the tray base.
7 Turn ON the sampler, close the front door, the system will reset
