Exhaust Pipe Bolt And Muffler Bolt - Suzuki GSX-R1000 2007 Service Manual

EXHAUST PIPE BOLT AND MUFFLER BOLT

Tighten initially at 1 000 km (600 miles, 2 months) and
every 12 000 km (7 500 miles, 24 months) thereafter.
• Tighten the exhaust pipe bolts, muffler mounting bolts and
muffler connecting bolts to the specified torque.
• HO2 sensor removal and installation ( 4-113)

Replace the gaskets, connectors and O-rings with new
ones when reassembling.
