TRANSMISSION
• Remove the countershaft assembly  and driveshaft assem-
bly .
• Remove the O-rings and dowel pins.
• Remove the C-rings  and bearing pins .
MIDDLE CRANKCASE
• Remove the crankcase bolts (M6).
• Remove the crankcase bolts (M6).
• Remove the crankcase bolts (M8).
• Remove the crankshaft journal bolts (M9).
NOTE:
Loosen the crankcase bolts diagonally with the smaller sizes
first.
• Remove the middle crankcase and dowel pins.
BALANCER SHAFT
• Remove the balancer shaft  and oil seal .
