Installation
• Fit new O-ring
engine oil to them.
Use new O-rings to prevent oil pressure leakage.
• Install each piston cooling oil jet with the bolt.
NOTE:
Apply a small quantity of thread lock to the bolts and tighten
them to the specified torque.
H 99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1322"
" Piston cooling oil jet bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
• Install the oil jet (for transmission).
• Apply engine oil to the O-ring.
• Install the oil jet (for cam chain tension adjuster).
PLUG
Removal
• Remove the oil gallery plugs
to each piston cooling oil jet and apply
and .
(for cylinder head side)
(for upper crankcase side)
or equivalent
