• Remove the water jacket plugs
• Remove the oil gallery plugs
Installation
• Apply engine coolant to the O-rings of the water jacket plugs

• Apply thread lock to the oil gallery plug
H 99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1322"
NOTE:
It is not required to apply thread lock when installing the other
removed oil gallery plugs.
• Tighten each plug to the specified torque.

Water jacket plug: 9.5 N·m (0.95 kgf-m, 6.9 lb-ft)
Oil gallery plug (upper crankcase):
Oil gallery plug (lower crankcase):
Oil gallery plug (cylinder head):
Use new gaskets and O-rings.
