– Remove assembly part with turn signal repeater
– Remove bolt -1-.
– Swing entry light -2- out downwards and pull bulb out of entry
light housing.
2.7.2 Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
Specified torque for entry light bolt: 1 Nm
Finally carry out a functional check.
2.8 Removing and installing adjustment unit
with motor for exterior mirror
Note
The removal and installation sequence is only for the left adjust‐
ment unit with motor. The removal and installation of the left
adjustment unit with motor is similar.
2.8.1 Removing
– Remove mirror glass
– Remove bolts -1-.
– Remove adjustment unit with motor -2- and disconnect con‐
nector.
2.8.2 Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
Specified torque for adjustment unit with motor: 1 Nm
Finally carry out a functional check.

Note
The removal and installation sequence is only for the left exterior
mirror. The removal and installation of the rear view mirror is sim‐
ilar.
