– Pull off water drain hoses from connections -arrows- of as‐
sembly frame -1-.
– Disconnect connector to wiring harness of sliding sunroof mo‐
tor -8-.
– Unscrew bolts -3- and -4- of on console -5- and remove left
and right consoles.
– Unscrew bolts -2- on assembly frame -1- and remove assem‐
bly frame from vehicle with the help of at least one mechanic.
2.19.2 Installing
– Lift assembly frame -1- into vehicle with the help of at least a
second mechanic.
– When screwing, align assembly frame using 2 cylindrical pins
(shank end of drill ∅ 10mm) in elongated holes -6- and -7-.
– Screw bolts -2- in, but do not tighten.
– Tighten bolts -3-, specified torque: 8 Nm.
– Tighten bolts -4-, specified torque: 4.5 Nm.
