Removing And Installing Rear Part - Volkswagen Jetta 2005 Workshop Manual

– First tighten letter marked bolts -2- in alphabetic order to 8 Nm.
– Tighten then remaining bolts -2- of assembly frame -1- to
8 Nm.
Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Vehicles with net partition:
– Install net partition mounting ⇒ General body repairs, interior;
Rep. Gr. 68 ; Net partition .
All vehicles:
– Install grab handle mounting (roof) ⇒ General body repairs,
interior; Rep. Gr. 68 ; Grab handles .
– Install moulded headliner ⇒ General body repairs, interior;
Rep. Gr. 70 ; Roof trims .
