start signaling.
Valid options include:
0 = Disable (default)
1= Enable (enables ground start)
Note 1: For ground start signaling, ensure that the FXO G module is installed
(and not the regular FXO module) in the Mediant 1000.
Note 2: For ground start FXO, the following parameters should be configured:
EnableCurrentDisconnect = 1; FXOBetweenRingTime = 300.
