OPERATING MODE STRUCTURE

The M button is used to access 3 operating Modes (Fig. 1) that
incl u de NORM (Normal Air/Nitrox Dive Computer), GAUG
(Digital Gauge Mode), and FREE (Free Dive Mode).
The screens of the Main Modes and Sub Modes wil l remain on
displ a y until a button is pressed to access another screen or
Mode, activate a sequence, or for 2 minutes if no button is
pressed.
hen et Activation is set On, the El i te T3 wil l enter the
sel e cted Dive Mode upon descent to 5 FT (feet) /1.5 M (meters),
regardl e ss of what surface screen is displ a yed at the time.
WARNING: When Wet Activation is set OFF, the
Elite T3 must be activated by push button prior
to the first dive of a new series. Commencing a
dive will not activate Dive Mode unless Wet
Activation is set ON or the unit is activated.
Entering Settings and Pl a n Mode are avail a bl e in NORM SURF
Mode which al s o al l o ws access to Battery/Transmitter Status,
Fl y , Desat, Log, and History Modes. Tank Pressure is displ a yed
if a Transmitter is active and Linked with the El i te T3.
