To ful f il l your decompression obl i gation, you shoul d make a safe control l e d Ascent to a
depth sl i ghtl y deeper than (Fig. 75a), or equal to, the Required Ceil i ng Stop Depth indi-
cated (Fig. 75b) and decompress for the Stop Time indicated (Fig. 75c).
The amount of decompression Credit Time that you receive is dependent on Depth, with
sl i ghtl y l e ss Credit given the deeper you are bel o w the Stop Depth indicated.
You shoul d stay sl i ghtl y deeper than the Required Stop Depth indicated until the next
shal l o wer Stop Depth appears. Then, you can sl o wl y ascend to, but not shal l o wer than
that indicated Ceil i ng Stop Depth.
