To Obtain Service:
Take your El i te T3 system to an Authorized AERIS Deal e r.
To return your El i te T3 system to AERIS:
Record al l dive data in the Log and/or downl o ad the data in memory. Al l data wil l
be erased during factory service.
Package it using a protective cushioning material .
Incl u de a l e gibl e note stating the specific reason for return, your name, address,
daytime phone number, serial number(s), and a copy of your original sal e s receipt
and arranty Registration Card.
Send freight prepaid and insured using a traceabl e method to AERIS.

Non- w arranty service must be prepaid. COD is not accepted.
