NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the hatch lower trim panel (see page 20-
2. On inside the hatch. remove the bolts securing the
r e a r l i c e n s e t r i m ( A ) a n d h a t c h l o c k c y l i n d e r ( B ) .

3 . F r o m i n s i d e t h e h a t c h , r e l e a s e t h e c l i p s ( A , B ) w h i l e
h o l d i n g t h e r e a r l i c e n s e t r i m ( C ) , t h e n r e m o v e l h e
trim, Take care not to scratch the hatch.

note these rtems:
. Replace any damaged clips.
. Push the clip portions into place securely.
