Adjustment
1. Remove the nut (A), and remove the fuel fill door
o p e n s p r i n g { B ) .
S l i g h t l y l o o s e n t h e h i n g e m o u n t i n g b o l t s ( A ) .
A d j u s t t h e f u e l f i l l d o o r ( B ) i n o r o u t u n t i l i t ' s f l u s h
with the body, and up or down as necessary to
a ^ r r . l i 7 a t h a n . n c
T i g h t e n t h e h i n g e m o u n t i n g b o l t s .
R e i n s t a l l t h e f u e l f i l l d o o r s p r i n g .
Check that the fuel f ill door opens properly and
locks securely, and check that the rear of the door is
flush with the body.

7. Apply multipurpose grease to each location
indicated by the arrows.
8 . Apply body paint to the hinge mounting bolts and
around the hinges,
