Bumpers
Rear Bumper RemovaUlnstallation
NOTE:
' Have an assistant help you when removing and installing the rear bumper.
. Take care not to scratch the rear bumper and body.
. When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
. Put on gloves to protect your hands.
L R e m o v e t h e r e a r b u m D e r a s s h o w n .
2. Installthe bumper in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
. Make sure both rear side marker light connectors are plugged in properly.
' M a k e s u r e t h e r e a r b u m p e r e n g a g e s t h e h o o k s o f t h e s i d e s p a c e r s , s i d e b r a c k e t s , a n d u p p e r b r a c k e t s o n b o t h
sides securely.
. Make sure the upper spacers of the rear bumper engage the clips on the body securely.
. R e p l a c e a n y d a m a g e d c l i p s .
