Shift point is high or low
DESCRIPTION

CAUSE

Shift point considerably different from automatic shift diagram.
Shift delays when accelerating.
Shift occurs quickly when accelerating and engine speed does not
increase.
If the transmission does not shift abnormally, there is a malfunction of the
input signal to the APP sensor, turbine sensor, or VSS.
If the engine speed is high or low, regardless of normal shifting, inspect
the tachometer.
Verify that the output signals of the accelerator pedal position sensor
changes linearly.
If a tire of a different diameter from the standard tire is installed, the TCM
determines that the driving mode is the AAS mode, and may change to a
different shift timing from the normal timing.
