DTC P2757 Torque converter clutch (TCC) stuck off
DETECTION
CONDITION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Diagnostic procedure
STEP
VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA HAS BEEN
1 RECORDED
Has the FREEZE FRAME DATA been
recorded on the repair order?
TCM detects that TCC control solenoid does not change from off when
engine is running
Diagnostic support note:
The MIL illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction
condition in two consecutive drive cycles.
PENDING CODE is available.
FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
The AT warning light illuminates.
The DTC is stored in the TCM memory.
Deteriorated ATF
ATF level low
Oil pump malfunction
Control valve body malfunction
TCC control solenoid, and line pressure control solenoid stuck
TCM malfunction
INSPECTION
