MAC Address Tables
Cisco Small Business 200E Series Advanced Smart Switch Command Reference
This chapter describes the commands you use to configure static MAC addresses
and view the MAC address forwarding database.

bridge address

Use this command to add a static MAC station address to the bridge table. To
delete the MAC address, use the no form of this command. Using the no form of
the command without specifying a MAC address to delete all static MAC
addresses belonging to this VLAN. This MAC address is not learned on any other
port and packets are not discarded.

Bridge table entries are permanent.

vlan-id
Description
The MAC address for this entry.
The VLAN ID to associate with the MAC address.
The bridge table entry will not be deleted due to timing
out.
The bridge table entry will be deleted when it times out.
Secure MAC addresses are used with the Port Security
feature. If the associated port is locked, only packets with
specified source MAC addresses are forwarded on the
port.
