The following command sets the port priority for mst 1

The following command sets the external path cost for the common and internal
spanning tree (mst instance 0).

Description
Enables the spanning tree administrative mode for all the
ports.
Enables the spanning tree administrative mode on a specific
port.
Sets the MST Configuration Identifier Name, which
identifies the configuration that the switch is currently using.
Adds a multiple spanning tree instance to the switch.
Adds an association between a multiple spanning tree
instance and one or more VLANs so that the VLAN(s) are no
longer associated with the common and internal spanning
tree.
Configures the spanning tree bridge priority.
Sets the Path Cost or Port Priority for the specified port
within the multiple spanning tree instances or in the
common and internal spanning tree.
Displays spanning tree settings for the common and internal
spanning tree.
