The Phone Settings panel contains the following items:
Headset
Off - Select this button to deactivate the CallMaster headset. When the headset is

deactivated, you cannot use it for calls. Deactivation of the headset is primarily used in
the process of recording agent greetings.
On - Select this button to activate the CallMaster headset.

Volume - Use this slider control to adjust the volume of the audio output heard through
●
the headset.
Ring
Pattern - Use this field to select one of the eight distinctive audio signals that notify you
●
when a call is waiting to be answered.
Volume - Use this slider control to adjust the volume of the CallMaster ringing pattern.

Test - Select this button to cause the CallMaster to ring according to the current settings
●
in the Pattern and Volume fields.
The Phone Settings panel is only visible for CallMaster VI configurations.
