Problem
Agents are logged off repeatedly from EAS
or the Avaya communication server.

What to do
Ensure that the network is not having

stability problems or failures in service.
On the Avaya communication server,
●
ensure that the Auto-In field for the
agent is set to station and not aux.
Also, ensure that the Enable automatic
login option in the Program Options
dialog for Avaya IP Agent is activated.
If you are using Avaya CallMaster VI
●
stations or emulation, a PASTE code is
required on the Avaya communication
server.
