Summary
The MultiVOIP must be configured to
interface with your particular phone
system and IP network. To do so,
certain details must be known about
those phone and IP systems.
Decide where you'll mount the voip.
Some modest minimum specifications
must be met. A COM port must be set
up.
Connect power, phone, and data cables
per diagram.
This is the configuration program.
It's a standard Windows software
installation.
You will enter phone numbers and IP
addresses. You'll use default parameter
values where possible to get the system
running quickly.
The phonebook is where you specify
how calls will be routed. To get the
system running quickly, you'll make
phonebooks for just two voip sites.
You'll find out if your voip system can
carry phone calls between two sites.
That means you're up and running!
Detect and remedy any problems that
might have prevented connectivity.
