Barina – full size spare wheel
The spare wheel, jack and tool kit are
stored under the luggage compartment
floor area.
Lift the floor cover to access and remove
the spare wheel. The spare wheel is
secured by a large plastic wing nut.
The jack and tool kit are stowed in a bag
underneath the spare wheel.
Barina – temporary spare wheel
Some Barina models are provided with a temporary, space-saving spare wheel. This
wheel is smaller than those fitted to the vehicle. Ensure that you adhere to the
following precautions:
WARNING: TEMPORARY SPARE WHEEL
Your vehicle is fitted with a temporary spare wheel. The temporary spare
wheel is for emergency spare use only; drive carefully and do not exceed 80
km/h when the wheel is fitted on the vehicle. Your vehicle's handling
capabilities will be reduced when the temporary spare wheel is fitted. Only
one temporary spare can be used on the vehicle at the one time. The flat tyre
should be repaired and refitted to the vehicle as soon as possible.
Your temporary spare must have a maximum load rating of not less than 475 kg, or
a load index of 82, and a speed category symbol of not less than L.
