Combo models are not fitted with child restraint anchorages. Children small enough to
require a child seat should not be carried in this vehicle.

Always ensure that the seat belt fits firmly around the child restraint.
Always ensure that the seat belt fits firmly around the child restraint. If a child cannot see
out of the window, do not raise the child by means of an ordinary cushion. It will not stay
in place in a collision and the child can slip out of the straps and become entangled.
WARNING:
•
Child restraint anchorages are designed to withstand only those loads
imposed by correctly fitted child restraints. Under no circumstances are
they to be used for adult seat belts, harnesses or for attaching other
items or equipment to the vehicle.

Only child restraints that have clips to attach to the vehicle's anchorage
fitting are to be used.
•
Earlier types of child restraints may not attach securely to this type of
anchor and should not be used.
•
Only Standards Australia approved child restraint harnesses should be
used. You should only purchase a child restraint which carries the
appropriate Standards of Australia sticker of approval.
•
Do not install a rear-facing child restraint in the front seat of vehicle with
a passenger air bag. The child could be seriously injured if the air bag
inflates, as the child's head would be very close to the inflating air bag.
