Front seat folding (2 door Barina
models)
To allow easy entry and exiting of the rear
seating positions, fold the front seat forward
by pulling the lever upward.
Rear seat backrest folding (if fitted)
To avoid injury from passing traffic, don't
stand on the road side of the vehicle when
converting the rear seat.
One or both rear backrests may be folded
forward (60/40 split) to accommodate long
objects. Prior to folding the seat, place the
tongue of the seat belt into the holder on
the side trim (if fitted).
Disengage one or both rear backrests by
depressing the push buttons located at the
top, door-side of the seat and folding the
backrest forward.
When repositioning rear seat backrests,
pull the seat belt forward to ensure it is not
trapped.
Also ensure that the seat-back is firmly
locked into the upright position by grasping
and attempting to move it.
