Synchronizing the remote control
In the event of malfunctions, synchronise
the remote control:
•
Switch on ignition; system will then
remain in synchronising mode for
30 seconds.
•
Briefly press any button on the remote
control unit while the key is in the ignition.
•
The central locking system locks and
unlocks to show that the remote control
has been programmed.
Replacing the battery
Disengage the remote control from the key part using a screwdriver and open the
remote control battery cover. Replace the battery, ensuring that it is inserted correctly.
Close down the remote control so that it 'clicks' into the key part.
The battery change must be performed within 3 minutes, otherwise the remote control
will have to be resynchronised.
WARNING:
Keep lithium batteries away from children and pets. Swallowing a lithium
battery can cause serious internal injury. If swallowed, contact a doctor
immediately.
