KNOW YOUR CAR
Three anchorage locations are provided in
the hatch area, behind the rear seats, as
shown.
One anchorage fitting has been installed
in the centre position.
If you wish to use a child restraint in either
of the outer positions, remove the cover
plug then install an additional anchorage
fitting.
Use the bolt, spacers and washer supplied
with a child seat.
Ensure that the bolts (inner or outer
positions)
are
to (15 – 25 Nm). If unsure, consult your
Holden Retailer.
WARNING – EXTREME
HAZARD:
•
Do not use a rearward facing
child restraint on a seat
protected by an airbag in front
of it. The child could be
seriously injured if the airbag
inflates, as the child's head
would be very close to the
inflating airbag.
•
NEVER install a child restraint
in the front seat of a vehicle
fitted with Side Impact Air
Bags (SIAB). Remember that
it is safest for children to be
seated in the rear seats.
