Cleaning/Replacing the Cleaners
The tube attachment, (optional) tube warmer, and (optional) plate
and flat tube attachment are equipped with a cleaner (or plate
cleaner) to remove dirt from the surface of the print media.
Remove the cleaner (or plate cleaner) as shown in the figure, and
then remove the dirt from the sponge. If the sponge is damaged,
replace the entire cleaner
IMPORTANT
•
Dispose the used cleaner and plate cleaner according to
the rules of recycling, they should be left at the designated
collection point.

There are two types of cleaner, the cleaner (blue) and plate
cleaner (gray). For more information, refer to „Consumable
Supplies and Options (P.122)" .
