SOLUTION
Place the printer and the print media on the same table
(or at the same vertical position) so that no load is
applied to the transport.
When using a tube reel, lighten the load.
Refer to Height limit table for each media and font size
(P.116) for information on setting the character size
and frame. It is recommended to refer to the preview
to make sure that no characters are missing before
printing.
Try to fine-tune the print position in the vertical
direction. (P.58)
Change the settings for character size, frame, and
number of lines.
Adjust the print density to be darker. (P.61) Slow down
the print speed. (P.61)
Try setting the print priority to „First Print. " (P.95)
Clean the transport rollers. We recommend cleaning
the rollers about once a month. (P.87)
Clean the print head. We recommend cleaning the print
head about once a month. (P.88)
Clean the cleaner. We recommend cleaning the
cleaner about once a month. (P.89) If the cleaner is
worn out, replace it with a new cleaner.
Clean the inside of the printer. (P.86)
For information concerning the operating environment,
refer to „Specifications (P.114)" .
If you use a tube warmer (optional), you can print at
external temperatures as low as 5°C (41°F).
Set the temperature of the tube warmer to „High. " (P.26)
The parts of the tube that do not pass through the tube
warmer (such as the top portion of the tube) will not be
warmed up. Check the printout on a warmed area.
