SOLUTION
After confirming that the AC adapter and power cord
are connected, insert the power plug firmly into the
power outlet.
Do not use anything other than the supplied AC
adapter (PR-TP001) and power cord. Failure to do so
may result in fire, electric shock, or malfunction.
Make sure that all batteries are installed correctly in
the direction marked on the inside of the battery case.
Replace the batteries or use the included AC adapter
(PR-TP001).
Use the specified batteries. (P.14)
Turn off the power, make sure the AC adapter and
power cord are connected, and then insert the power
plug firmly into the power outlet.
Use fully charged batteries.
Check the loaded print media and set the print media
type and size correctly.
Remove the ribbon cassette, remove any slack, and
then reinsert it. (P.18)
Remove the attachment or label cassette, and reload it.
(P.22)
Correct any twists or warps before loading. (P.24)
If the end of the tube or plate is bent due to winding
or other reasons, straighten it out or cut off the bent
portion before loading it into the printer.
Cut off the deformed part of the print media and
reinsert it.
Wipe off any dirt or dust with a dry cloth. Also, do not
use tubes or plates that have oil or other stains that
cannot be wiped off.
