Using a custom login page

By default, WSS Software serves the Nortel login page for Web login.
To serve a custom page instead, do the following:

Copy and modify the Nortel page, or create a new page.

Create a subdirectory in the user files area of the WSS's nonvolatile storage, and copy the
custom page into the subdirectory.

Configure SSIDs and wired authentication ports to use the custom form, by specifying the
location of the form.
Note.
To serve a custom login page to wired authentication users, you must create a
web subdirectory and save the custom page in this directory.
WSS Software uses the following process to find the login page to serve to a user:
If the user is attempting to access an SSID and a custom page is specified in the service profile, WSS
Software serves the custom page.
