Encryption error
• Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in
error again.
Encryption PDF enforced mode error
• Reset the encryption and perform the job in error again.
• If an image file not encrypted is created, consult your
administrators.
Creation of meta data failed when a user tried to perform
meta scan for Scan to File.
Check the template settings. Perform the job in error again. If
the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back ON,
and then perform the job in error again.
File server connection error
• Check the IP address or path of the server.
• Check if the server is operating properly.
Invalid network path
• Check the network path.
• If the path is correct, turn the power OFF and then back
ON, and perform the job again.
